Refund policy

We want you to love your bike. If it isn't the right fit, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Cancel before it ships

If you cancel before your bike ships, we'll refund you in full.

Return window

You can request a return or exchange of any bike (Ant5, Ant6, or BRAT) within 15 days of delivery.

Condition

The bike must be unopened, with all parts and accessories, in its original packaging.

Processing fee

10% of the purchase price. Waived if you exchange for another bike.

Return shipping

$300. We'll email you a prepaid label and the carrier will pick up the bike. You can also arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself.

Damaged on arrival

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Claims made after 7 days can't be accepted. Defects are covered by our Limited Warranty.

How to start a return

Email us at service@coastandpedal.com with your order number within 15 days of delivery. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your bike, we refund your original payment, minus the fees above, within 5 business days.
